X5 Rims on X3

I'm looking for a set of used 17" X3 Rims for the winter but all I can find are X5 Rims. Do you know if the X5 rims will fit on X3 properly?

Or if you have a set of used 17" OEM X3 rims for sale then let me know.

Sincerely,

Vs1

I had the same thought not too long ago, since Motordavid was intent on selling his Style 57 rims+winters. Turns out the offset is different on the two vehicles. So although they're the same diameter (17") and the tire size is similar, the offset makes it difficult to swap.

Yes, the offset if "different", but not very different:
offset between an ET 40 X3 wheel and an ET46 X5 wheel is
6 millimeters or 2/10ths of an inch.
