See who your dealer uses for seat repair. If BMW will not cover it they can repalce anything and dye it to match. Probably 100 dollars or so per section for leather, maybe less for leatherette.

i have great news I will be getting the new lower section of the seat by the BMW dealership....but what bothers me is my dealership where i been taking the truck for service was bullshitting me..saying it wasnt under warranty..blah blah...So i took it to my local dealership and right away told me its cover by warranty...the leatherette shouldnt have crack!! The part is being order!

yessir...by the way those HIDs are great at night...i light up the highway
