Question key programming

Hi, New to the forum. I have an '06 X3 w/premium/M sport pkg. and after reviewing my manual wanted to have some options activated. I took it to the dealer and they said they were only able to do a few. I asked the to activate: central locking system, seat programming, daytime running lights, pathway lighting, auto lock if not opened within a certain timeframe and the touch signaling. Apparently they said they could not activate the touch signaling, the auto lock does not work and they did not go over how to program the seat memory Do they have to actually do that or can I do it myself. Really do not want to go back if I do not have to. The service rep said in his 13 yrs. at BMW never heard of these options. My response - because I read my manual. Any help or direction would be great. Aloha
