Good to hear that all went well and both you and your X enjoyed the drive.

Just a note: You don't engage the traction control, that's working for you all the time. What you can do in more difficult going is press the DSC button. That disengages the stability control but keeps the traction control in play.

Stability control can be a negative on very loose and slippery surfaces, ie: snow, ice, soft sand, deep mud etc ... situations where the vehicle tends to have a mind of it's own.
