No other damage exept the shown bearing + 3 other bearings located in the case itself.
I had contacted few major companies all over the world who rebuild BMW transfer cases. The do not have that part. They actually are buying broken transfer cases for that part.

Nice job fixing this. I am replacing the magic fluid they use because it is what all of 0.6L and yes will wear out. I can sure understand why you had a problem given those temp extremes which means that you would have poor lube until the case warmed but the damage to the bearings would be done by then.
