I'm confused as to the goal. Why throw out stuff that works, and works pretty well by most measures, just to put in a different radio? The radio you have is a good unit, and there are radios that are equally good as far as the radio goes, and they also support other features that are desirable to most people, except you apparently. You are going to sell the car some day, and when buyers look at three or four cars that do all but wipe their ass for them, and they get to your car and it doesn't do any of the neat stuff that the others do, then you will not sell it.
Your car does not support bluetooth, except to actually use the phone. But any of the aftermarket products that fit the space support playing whatever content you want to play, they have better maps, and some of them will even browse the web for you.
If you want to improve the noise that comes out, then look to the speakers.

Because frankly, the system sounds like shit, the screen is ugly as hell- has horizontal lines here and there( sure they can be fixed, but still butt ugly screen.) As far as a better sound system, no problem re-selling a car- ever, with an awesome system......
