E53 Vs E70 performance?
After driving the E70 for a while, I wonder what is the difference in performance between the 2 (both are 3.0i)
The E53 Auto is believed to be like 8.1 or 8.2 for 0-60? what about the E70, it's 7.8 maybe? i think this is too little of a difference knowing that both are virtually the same weight, while the E70 has 40 more horsepower, no? Besides, another remark: the E70 with no sports package is soooo lean on the curves, the E53 with sport package was way stiffer and more at ease when entering a curve... So as far as fun is concerned, the E53 was way more fun to drive, but boy is that E70 smooth or what?! it's silky smooth and much more refined... So i had a feeling that the E53 is the young dynamic and brute guy, while the E70 is the wise poised and refined gentleman
