I would guess somebody previously upgraded to extended flares, then one got ripped off or something happened, and he installed the original back. If that flare would have had extensions on it, it would have rectangular holes in it for the extension clips to pop into. That being said, I don't thing you can buy only the extension....

However, how did you miss that LOL Order the flare with arch from the dealer and 7 blind rivets, should cost you about $160 bucks IIRC.... Matt already posted part numbers you need

^^Tam he's correct I just ran parts pricing for them the other day, depending on what dealer you buy from it should be around $150 per side (plus tax).
Nat I hope you got some new blind rivets for install, you will need them.
