I stand corrected. It's a salt water and molasses mix. It works really well and is really easy to wash off. It still have some salt but it's pretty diluted. Cars here hardly rust which is really nice.

Have you always used BMW CV boots or aftermarket ones. I just replaced my original front ones with the ones from BMW. My vehicle has 105K on it

I installed Wang Chung brand.
My original ones didn't last 75K.
New units work as described.
They work fine.
I wouldn't buy BMW brand because their rubber sucks.
Everything rubber or plastic on BMW are designed to rot and
desinigrate.

You can't unlock the door from the inside by pulling up the door button or pressing the unlock door switch on the center column? Or do you mean you can't open the door from the inside?

Follow up to my post 92 and 94 about rear seat heat function inop. The wire connector was dislodged. Reconnecting it did the trick.

Tightened down the vehicle cover as it is raining here and going to get some wet snow. So much for the cherry blossoms around the Jefferson Memorial
