2004 4.8is Exhaust Modification
Removed the Factory Resonator and Replaced with Magnaflow X Pipe. $115 + $40 labor. Quick job at Muffler Shop. Then not Satisfied...

Replaced rear Stock Mufflers with Magnaflow 13462, 11" body muffler and Magnaflow 2.25" double tips. $113 for Muffler, $115 for Tips. $200 labor.

Muffler was offset inlet with center outlet...Really Good Deep Sound, Fun to run through the steptronic at all speeds. Not Offensive...but then, I am half Deaf and Gas is Real cheap with Oil at $41 a barrel.

Were you not satisfied with the overall sound or was it not enough of a difference from stock?
