Anyone know the size of the bolts that hold the bracket to the block?

I am pretty sure it is some E-Torx / Torx. I talked to a retired mechanic buddy, and he said he did it on the e70 without removing diff. He managed to get at it with a flex head socked, on a short extension. He also said he fit a normal socket, not an e-torx to get this accomplished. I trust him, because he managed to do my motor mounts, both sides, in about an 1.5 hours. He just doesn't remember what size he used. And since I really need to get this addressed, I will be ordering an assortment of e-torx flex, and anything else I can think of to make this job easy. Just need to make sure I have the right size.

Engine mount, no.

Lots and lots of other shit yes. Search for my name and alternator bracket. Not a very fun job.

Got the bracket out. Took me a minute to find the last bolt hidden behind the tensioner.
Turns out, my gasket wasn't the source of my oil leak. It was the o rings to the t stat the whole time. Lol

But the coolant t stat is being changed too, to a 90c one. As my current housing seal is sweating and my front guibo is about done too.

Done for today. I'll swap out the rubber things tomorrow and start putting her back together.
