My license plate LED bulbs do have a slight flicker. Very very minor - you have to really stare at it in a dark place to notice it.
That would be the cold monitoring making them flicker. Remove that with coding, and it will stop.

Maybe model year differences? I know for sure I had that problem, coded it off, no more problem.

I was able to turn off the error message - but PA Soft does not show Reverse Lights cold monitoring, so they still flicker like crazy and give my dog seizures.
