I just installed this in to my 03 non-nav.
HS Bluetooth USB Flash Drive Music Hands Free Car Adapter Interface for BMW Sale | eBay
Works pretty well, could be better but for under $100 and to have aux usb and Bluetooth I am happy.

I had just the AUX (ebay <$10) but it did not work my phone if it was charging, kind of strange.
