Many sellers on e-bay, here's one....

BMW Cluster Instrument Panel E38 E39 E53 x5 Satin Silver Dash Trim Rings | eBay

Did mine around 4 yrs ago, went with satin silver, chrome is available too.

I never did the LED mod. My OE lights have stood the test of time.

The link tiag posted is the same guy I got the rings from actually and this is the one for the bulbs 10x White B8 4D 1 5050 SMD LED Dash Instrument Panel Cluster Light for Porsche | eBay

slight adjustment is needed for the bulbs to make contact though.
