Best valve stem seals?

I used (well the indy who performed the job) used BMW ones that he bought a local dealer. Gave me the receipt. Part number comes up as N62TU valve stem seal kit.

I searched all over the web and couldn't get a solid answer if elring was superior or if BMW has "revised/updated" their oem supplier as well.

Also supposedly the n63 "green" were better due to the higher heat from the turbos but they eventually tend to leak as well if not sooner than n62s

So I just have up plus it was done already so only time will tell.

I usually don't idle the car for extended periods unless I'm stuck in heavy traffic.
