Halogen H7 replacement suggestions and questions

I have factory Xenons and just went with these new COB LED bulbs in 9005 HB3 for my high beam bulbs.

I have DRL coded I think at about 40% level so I was a little worried about them firing without flicker at that low of a voltage. But I took the plunge and 2 weeks later they seem to be working out great as a white DRL upgrade and WOW, what an incredible high beam! Every once in a while there is a little flicker in the DRL setting after starting the engine, but I can accept that.

The wattage is just 36watts, lower than the stock halogen at somewhere around 55-60watts so somewhat easier on the electrical system.

They also appear to have H7 bulb formats as well in this design.

I want to replace the stock low ran halogen h7 and found some brighter h7 that are 3400 and 4000 heat signature. I believe they are still 55watt but the higher heat signature the brighter they are. Is this correct?

Will a brighter bulb cause any undue stress on the electrical system? I really don't want to get into electrical issues.

Stock oem lights are maybe ten bucks each so to upgrade to about fifty amour for a brighter bulb is inexpensive enough.

Anyone have a recommendation? The bulbs are old and I just relaxed a turn signal so it got me thinking which is dangerous enough. Not interested in converting to xenon.

I would definitely check out Osram NBU's or CBI's. I actually have CBI H7's and the color is pure white, no blue tint when lit.
