Full leather sport seats? I ask as I dont think I have ever seen sport seats in 4.6 in full leather without alcantara inserts.

Just got a pic and I dont recall seeing sports on 4.6 but bought a whiole back and only remember seeing comforts. Oh well.

OP - let us know what you end up doing but next step should be a PPI and a >7500 price drop in 2 weeks is questionable

Get it checked out. I bought mine few months ago with 76k miles and full service history for $8k and still had to drop $4k on various things in the last three months. But I guess since you are looking at these then you know what it cost to keep it on the road.

Yes Sport seats. IFRC you have to order the sport seats. Its not a part of the sport package.

I thought they all came with navigation being that it's too of the line model for the year.

The 4.6 is rare because it was the high performance model at that time and relatively speaking not many were produced. The engine HP/TQ output and the handling were superior to the other models at that time. The exterior treatment is sportier. As mentioned red was not a high volume color adding to the rarity.

I purchased my 4.6 new. Great vehicle!

Best practice when purchasing any used vehicle is a pre purchase inspection.
