AVINUSA Has Replaced Lost Radio
I have deleted a previous post in which I complained about China Customs confiscating/misplacing a radio I had returned to Avinusa. I want to report that Avinusa has replaced my radio at no cost to me with a newer model of the one I returned to Avinusa.
I was critical of Avinusa in my previous post and I think it is only fair that I give the company and its technical rep, Tommy Tang, credit for what I think is professional and customer-oriented treatment. The radio I received has several improvements over my previous unit, including a newer version (6.1) of Android and performs much better than my previous Avant-2 unit.
