What was the ambient air temp when you got those reading? With the low side near 32psi and the high side close to 210 psi, the vent temp should be close to 32F or freezing. If your vent temp is not 32F you could be a little low on refrigerant. Like Itsbrokenagain stated, the correct way to charge an AC system is to evacuate all the refrigerant out of the system and recharge the system by weight as stated in the spec for your X.

Vent pressure is defiantly not 32f but it is cold and my son who drives the car hasn't been complaining. Outside air temp is between 75 and 80f that day working in the car.

If your FSR is bad the fan blowers will act crazy, like the fan will speed up or slow down or not want to blow fast. If the fan is operating normally the FSR is not your problem.

Hows the condition of the aux fan? if its blowing cold from one side vs the other you may have a leaking evaporator. Check aux fan first.

Just barely cool air. IDK. Electric fan does test spin , and is running when motor is hot. Any other suggestions?

In order for people on this board to help you, you need to post some info on the AC system. What is the low side pressure, what is the high side pressure? What is the ambient temperature that the above data was recorded?

Don't have this info or don't have the equipment to obtain this info? Take it into an AC specialist.
