Glad it's an easy fix. Enjoy it... not usually the case with the E53.

LOL. I've got a switch on order for a different issue...but yeah, who would ever think a switch, in it's most simplistic form, would be causing something downstream

Yes, I'm relieved this was a minor issue. I'm coming from e46fanatics where there's an easy diy for everything, so spoiled on that car lol.

It still needs some things besides normal fluids/tuneup.

Shop is tackling the air suspension (will need to post another thread for that)
Rear moonroof panel is jammed up, need to do the diy to disable it (did that successfully on an X3)
