Fuel does seem to be going very fast. It is definetly a "chugga chugga" feel

Using my ODBII tool- how can I see the Live Data? What should I be looking for?

It does shift (very slowly). What is MIL and how do I clear it?

I did the washing detergent trick, for the o-ring rolling under. It no longer rolls under, but the performance is the same

I did the washing detergent trick, for the o-ring, but it didn't help
Not all scanners allow you to view live data. I use a bluetooth scanner ELM 327 and the app Torque Pro. You will need to setup the app to view short term and long term fuel trims for both banks. A positive reading on the short term fuel trim will indicate that the computer is adding fuel to the mixture. A negative reading will mean that the computer is taking away fuel from the mixture. Adding fuel means the mixture is lean, while taking away means the mixture is rich.

What do you mean the trick didn't help? The p0174 code is still there or you couldn't get the parts from rolling the 0-ring under?

andrewwynn will become famous soon enough
New battery & Alternator causing Trans. Failsafe Prog

MIL is malfunction indicator light also ses service engine soon. If engine is in limp mode it will feel like some cylinders aren't running. It won't be smooth but if you take your time you can get up to at least near highway speeds.

Reset MIL and the chugga chugga performance will instantly recover ubless there is a hardware fault like bad injector or coil that instantly trips the condition in which case the code should indicate were the problem lies.

Low fuel pressure could cause some of your symptoms so basic rules still apply: ensure you have gas, air, voltage. Can you drive car with low distance to empty (if fuel pump is worn out you will "run out of gas" before you can get to single digits of DTE). You may not have had opportunity to drive enough to get the gas consumed but if by chance it is below about 70 miles to empty or less you are in the zone of possible fuel pump failure.

If that's the case (new low power issue) happened as fuel got low, adding a few gallons of gas would make that go away if it's the fuel pump getting weak.

What I meant, was that the detergent stopped the o-ring from rolling under. But it still runs in "chugga chugga" mode... I need to confirm if the p0174 error is present.

I installed the alternator myself. What do you mean by "batt alternator". What could I have done wrong here?

Reset MIL and the chugga chugga performance will instantly recover
There is no "Check Engine" or any other error being displayed

No- no lights at all in the cluster. What could this mean?

im not an expert on DIY so the best i would say is go to a shop and tell them what happened and see what they can possibly do to fix it but thats just me.. What happened with me was that i went to the stealer and paid 1000+ for a new Batt/Alternator combo and when it went bad they fixed it because of the warranty on service. I dont think you messed up i just think something may have went bad while you were doing there that was outside your control

No lights means the computer hasn't logged a trouble code yet. Do you see any pending code(s) with your scanner? DO NOT ERASE any code or hit the erase code button on your scanner.
