Other parts to replace while doing Engine Mounts on N62 E53?

Hey everyone,

I've been dealing with cold start vibrations and surging idles for a while. So we finally found out that there was no fuel pressure, zilch after it sits overnight. It's a wonder that it starts on the first try at all, and so we replaced the fuel filter (which has the fuel pressure regulator inside), and also coils/plugs as they were about due, and one of those two solved the surging idle.

Shop found that mounts were on their way out, and that's whats probably causing the vibration.

I wanted to ask if anyone's done these before, and if so what else is easily replaceable when doing these? I also plan on doing transmission mount, and rear subframe mounts/bushings as well, so if there's any other parts I should be replacing while its apart, I'd love to know.

Cheers!
