4.8is Alternator Bracket Replacement

Alrighty so I've done a little googling and looking through the BMW Bentley Manual and I haven't been able to find a good write up on how to replace this gasket. My 4.8is has been out of commission for a week now because of a pretty bad oil leak from the drivers side and from looking at where the oil is coming from I am pretty positive its that gasket (also from googling its a big issue with this engine). I do understand the gist of how to get to the gasket and get it off but if anyone done it before and or knows a decent write up that I dont know it would be much appreciated to share!
