Fuel presure sensor

Hi gents

I am new to xoutpost, I have a 2005 E53 3.0d, it has 288 000 Km on the clock,

I have had a masive power loss on the car a while back, long story short, I got recond injectors and no inprovement, give the turbo in serviced and checked all good.

Got hold of a Delphi diagnostic interface and software, and ran it, got a fuel rail pressure voltage high/low,when I check live readings it says I have 399.7bar presure, so borrowed a fuel rail sensor from a friends X5, but still got the same readings and errors,

Now I know NOW that you can test the sensor and I dis, input 5v, ground is good, but on reference back also 5v, then I desided to check ref when unplugged, still getting 5v on ref.

I went through the wiring as best as I could with out stripping everything of but good not find anything wrong.

Any advise or if this happend to anyone els the might be able to assist me.

Thanks
Johan
