E53 ABS Sensor registors different wheel speed

Hi guys,
have a 2001 X5 E53 3.0L - we just swapped out the 2 front knuckles with used but very good conditioned knuckles that had bearings (used) pre-instaled and the front right knuckle came with an ABS sensor already installed (which I left in because it looked like it was in good condition & they are a PIA to take out) - everything mechanical is functioning 100% BUT: The trifecta (which wasn't lite before) got triggered, so I diagnosed it using live data: shows the front right wheel speed is double the 3 other wheels. Any ideas? Abs sensor? Bad bearing? How should I fix?
