What is the RPM at idle? If to low it will shake a lot. If there is a vacuum leak you will likely have a poor idle. Did you check/replace any of the intake parts yet? (Smoke check ideally)

RPM at idle is just about 500. Vibration doesn't really come through the gear lever. I sat in passenger seat and it came through the seat bottom.

I put a can of fuel cleaner in this morning with a fresh tank of premium. The car basically sat for the last three years (former owner was in poor health and didn't drive it) save for a few hundred miles so it's possible there was some bad gas in the system?

I have not heard any hissing from the intake system but will see if I can do a smoke test on it to look for leaks in the system.
