Have you had problems with paint or windshield glass erosion and pitting due to all the sand? I'm sure it really destroys the headlight cover plastic rapidly, as well. It's got to be 10X worse than here in Texas.

Headlights are a constant problem here and the windshield is noticeable only at certain light angles, the paint not so much. I believe that dry (8%-14%) heat is the only thing keeping my electronics from dying as often as guys in the land of the big PX, but suspension and other fun issues pop up quite often.
