I’ve still got a brand new E53 (2003) original dog guard net if anybody needs one of these. It went in the garage the day I bought the car 15 years ago as we didn’t have a dog then.

I really want this gone as soon as possible please. I will sell for £40 and what it genuinely costs to posts. This is almost a third of the prices on eBay. It is in very good condition and well worth the money at the price I am asking I and losing in an the item that I bought in error. I had to pay £150 to get the corrrct fit!!

Let me know iif there is any interest please?

Q. Has anybody modded their gas struts with springs? Any pointers to the springs and if this can be done in facelift e53?

Most people won’t see your Q because it is buried in this thread. There are already many threads discussing conversion air to spring struts, use keywords and search on.

I'll check and see if the one you're selling will fit my other X5 (4.4i 2005) w/o load floor. Shipping will be to Saudi Arabia via APO most likely.

I think he has the pre 2003 model so check your VIN on real OEM.
