The pins from the relay should conduct to those vias (could be swapped). Once you determine which is supposed to go to which you can put a jumper from the relay pins once replaced or you can jumper directly to the transistor but it's risky you'll over heat the transistor that's why I recommend soldering to a trace point instead (you can scrape off some solder resist and solder to the trace anywhere if you can't solder to the tiny via).
I think you are close to solving with finding those TR1/2. The control wire to each should have continuity to the outside pins of the relay. The nearby pins are ground so confirm continuity to ground as shown in one of my photos.
