nice1guv is on a distinguished road
To get mine out, I needed to remove the locking pin/bolt thing.
I mean the little bolt thing that pops up and down when you lock/unlock the door.

I used a set of needle nose pliers and a torch, gripped it in the middle of the bit or wire where there is a plastic latch it slots into (you can see it with a torch), push it until it clicks out of the latch point and then lower it down and remove from the inside of the door.

Then you can get the carrier out.
