Could be a cylinder with low compression or a bad fuel injector that isn't providing as much fuel as the other injectors. Before throwing parts at it find out why you have a misfire. I would start with a compression test of all 8 cylinders. An engine that just sat around for over a year could have developed rust on an open valve so now you have a cylinder that isn't sealing properly so now it is down on compression.
Thank you upallnight. I will do a compression test. I am curious about the injectors especially if they've been sitting with old fuel in them. But does it mean anything that when I pull out all the plugs that all 8 are wet with fuel? It's not getting enough air right?

Nope, it means the engine is flooded and the engine will not start if the plugs are wet and the cylinder is wet. I would have changed or at least dried and cleaned the plugs and used compress air to dry out the cylinders.

If the plugs are wet then you are getting injector pulse to the injectors.
