Better get it REAL cheap then. It will be a money and time suck as all projects tend to be. But these things are also a labor of love, and the payoff can be tremendous. Good luck with your decision.

Dance with who ya brought, but offer 3k since you'll be rebuilding the engine and if like me around 8k other items that I swear happen just as soon as reading about it here

I recently bought a 2002 4.6is in Phoenix. I absolutely love it. I also have a 2004 4.4i that I really like. I'm thinking of selling the 4.4i but part of me wants to keep both of them haha.
Is there anyway you can keep both of them? It sounds like you have some time invested in your 4.4. Maybe you could use that as your daily while your fixing up the 4.6is.
