Given it's (mostly) lighting, long with some IKE indicator lamps, it's possible the LCM is having a fit.

Are you able to read codes?

Yes, with the Key in position 1 and 2 the brake lights are off. Am not sure when the engine is rundning.

I have a code reader and will check. Thanks
