That feature is motivation enough for me to get this installed in the truck. Been sitting on a shelf forever. Small details make things feel special.

Does anyone have experience with MTCDTools apk?
I'm trying to reprogram the physical buttons on the unit itself so Bluetooth button brings up the BT streaming app instead of the Dialer and just want to assign another button to go back to iBUS app directly.

I think I figured it out. I wasn't selecting the app I wanted to launch. Didn't know where the app list was but you just have to tap the icon (green box) with the Android logo and shows you the list of all your stock and installed apps.
Going to reprogram the button with the three dashes for iBUS app and the BT for launching A2DP.

I highly recommend MTCDTools app. I successfully changed two physical buttons and now I have a dedicated button for iBUS and Bluetooth A2DP streaming. I could even program my swc to launch apps but I'll leave them alone for now.
I'll be changing some others as well, especially the MODE button to cycle through downloaded apps vs just the native apps that I will never use. It also has auto launch option. Since iBUS starts automatically already, I will have the radio app to launch as well so it will be just like stock. Very happy and excited lol

Its a crap shoot if it will work on different android models. Been there done that. Some have had some nasty conflicts back in the day. The older eonons did not care for it.

Did anyone tried the Xtrons? I prefer the screen angle on the Xtron. The stock screen angle is horrible in day time.
