Any ideas on interesting apps to down load thanks again

This is the bluetooth adapter a couple of us have used with Torque. No guarantees the same device is under an identical cover though.

Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity level on the steering wheel buttons?

Mine seems to triple click. For example when I press the volume up/down it increases/decreases by 3 levels.

Same for switching tracks, it skips 2-3 tracks.

Not in any of the radios I have.

I also haven't had one do that either.

I figured it out.

The AVIN or most Android units come with CANBUS that allows you to retain Steering wheel functions but so does the iBUS. iBUS allows you to retain as well so I had the option selected on the iBUS app so it was it was probably overlapping double inputting my button inputs as I pressed them. So I turned off the steering wheel controls on the iBUS app and everything works as it should allowing only the CANBUS box do the work instead.

Aside from that I discovered something new and the more I play with it the more I'm loving this iBUS app.

In the settings you can select to display track/song info in the cluster, I mean the stock navi was able to display the RADIO stations but with the iBUS if I'm streaming music on my phone via Bluetooth I can skip tracks with my Steering wheel buttons and it will now display the Artist and Song on the cluster! Mind blown lol

Another insight was (I'm no audiophile in any means) but the DSP and Androids built in EQ wasn't playing too well together. The sound would get distorreted easily and actually sounded worse than stock DSP. So I decided to leave the Android EQ under "Custom" or almost no settings if that makes sense and just use the iBUS DSP settings to adjust bass/treble/room/echo and now it sounds good again.

I love the MID message at startup. Mine says, "Hey, Prop! Let's Ride!" It's so silly, but I just can't get around liking that as much as I do.

And thanks for the note ab the volume. I think this happened to me and I do not know that I ever found a fix. It's been long enough now that I will have to look to see if it still does it. If it does, I will take your fix and apply it. THANKS!

I have mine set to show the wife's name and then X5 after it. She likes it and says it makes it feel personalized

That feature is motivation enough for me to get this installed in the truck. Been sitting on a shelf forever. Small details make things feel special.

Does anyone have experience with MTCDTools apk?

I'm trying to reprogram the physical buttons on the unit itself so Bluetooth button brings up the BT streaming app instead of the Dialer and just want to assign another button to go back to iBUS app directly.
