Should I put PB Blaster on the headbolts to remove.

Mebbe. One sorta weird thing I thought, a couple of the bolts let out a small woosh of rushing air as I pulled them from the threads. Same two that had traces of goo on them . I need to get the coolant out ASAP. By cranking the engine iguess.

Damn that thing is heavy, especially with a exhaust manifold hanging on.

I wouldn't do that with the timing chain just hanging. Soak it up with towels or rags as Wayne suggested.
