Earlier in this string I surmised an electronic problem involving the servos. After viewing the TIS it seems that all of the transmissions internal electronics are associated with the valve body in which the solonoid valves (servos = execute shifting) are mounted and can be accessed by just dropping the pan and filter. It seems like overkill to R&R the whole transmission. Kind of like R&R of the engine because a spark plug has failed. The stealer probably makes a lot more $$$$$ by R&R of the whole transmission.

Is the stealer replacing the transmission with a NEW one or a REBUILT one?? If a new one thats good for you; if rebuilt I'd have a problem with it unless you know the rebuilder is qualified.
