It seems like overkill to R&R the whole transmission. Kind of like R&R of the engine because a spark plug has failed. The stealer probably makes a lot more $$$$$ by R&R of the whole transmission.
Is the stealer replacing the transmission with a NEW one or a REBUILT one?? If a new one thats good for you; if rebuilt I'd have a problem with it unless you know the rebuilder is qualified.

Hey, thanks for the info. I will definitely ask them before I go pick it up this week. If it is rebuilt should I insist that a brand new one be installed?
