I'll keep an eye on the PRNDL indicator - we're out and about in the X today.

Carly only benefit is coding. Can't do most of the important diagnostic like "show me which pins are currently active on the transmission selector switch". When mine stated showing binary codes that don't exist I knew exactly where to look for problems.

If you are under about 200# you can fit under the car far enough to pull the transmission plug and clean it out if like mine it's full of water.

Have you ever had funny shifting? The next symptom I has was rough down shifting.

Transmission is shifting just fine. PRND indicator is responding accurately.
