Hi guys, so I recently had my oil pressure switch replaced and thought everything was fine. But it appears my valve cover gasket is leaking on the passenger left side (RHD here in Australia). You see many photos/videos of diy on the other side but not this side. The other side is not leaking so I thought I would attempt this side and the other later on. I have to get the kits.
For this engine v8 N62 I see some gasket kits that have the large inner outside gasket with the bolt grommets but there are additional rectangular gaskets. Are these also needed? For example Pelican parts only show the large gasket seal and grommets. So, my question is has anyone seen a diy on this side? Do I need to remove the timing cover as well. I will also be replacing the spark plug tubes/pipes. For a first timmer how long will it take me? cheers
