You need to check/change the oil. I had very similar codes on client 328xi from the oil leaking out.

Do you have RED brake light vs YELLOW?

The internal error can mean the clutch can't move properly or is worn out.

Were that my car I would get the OEM not BMW liter of fluid from fcpeuro and drain and fill with some prayers. When the clutch wears out the computer also thinks the oil is expired.

Before doing that I would first find where you can activate the TC actuator motor. I think the automatic run of the motor at key off is disabled when TC throwing errors.

Find out if your model uses the plastic actuator gear as that will give you the internal error. You can buy just the gear or even just flip the gear 180° as it only goes back and forth.

Hopefully easier to get at than 328xi that was a bitch
