Overhead Console Microphone Connector confirmation

All,

I'm preparing for my Blueblus to arrive and I've run into a slight issue. I had to purchase a mic for my E53. I was able to find a good used one of the newest noise cancelling mic. Here's the issue, when removed they clipped the wires and left the plug installed into the mic. I have been looking at it and struggling to figure out how to disengage and remove the old plug so I can plug it into my harness. Does anyone have a pic of how this thing is locked in? I"m going nuts. LOL

Use small fine flat screw driver Where that clip type is i put blue around lift to that high becareful and then remove the harness while it over that notch hole then after that come out.
