Secondary air pump dead

The pump was whining a bit each morning for a while, then today I started it up cold to no whine but a CEL instead. I'm guessing the pump is dead and from the looks of it above, it's easy to replace. Am I correct?

The price of this part seems to be all over the place. Anywhere from like $60-400+. Is this one of these things that I should spend the $ on OE? I don't think so, but looking for others who have gone through it. The original lasted 220k so not bad I guess.
