One more try.

Started the car, let it run for a minute, turned the key off and the car kept running. Took the key out, kept running. Unplugged the ignition switch and took readings on the harness/plug and it was 1.65 V on all 3 (5,6,7) and then 12.3V on all the others. Had to disconnect the battery to get the car to turn off.
