Day off...

0530 Go outside to work on newest guesstimate of wire short causing MAF and intake BS(woke wife & baby accidentally)

0540 Come inside due to approaching dust storm (see trees 75m away)

0555 Try to go back to sleep

0600 Wake up to wife holding pillow over my face saying "Jesus loves you"

you guys engine bays and work look great.... I fabric painted my floor mats and rear cargo floor replaced upper windshield molding.. painted my side molding around windows painted my kidney grills black of course...Replaced my LCM (50 on ebay) bought bmw scanner cleared all codes or tried to. need to get a aux water pump... does nt blow as cold as it should not sure if thats it... days Before the mayhem I replaced valley pan water pump and thermastat and gaskets on intake manafold and two oil hoses underneath. secondary air pump hose. here is look of stereo set up i did over the summer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W3XOwNBQTUc&t=4s

Nice work on the stereo, sounds good. I do see a tamper dot on the dash from your LCM swap. You need to reprogram the mileage and VIN for the new LCM. I have not tried this on the E53 but when I swapped my LCM in my E46 this document explains everything and works like a charm.

I filmed this before I coded everything. Tamper light is off I got that all situated all lights work fine LCM works great...only question is how do you get the tail lights to come on tailgate ? is that a coding issue?

There are no bulbs in the tailgate lenses on US models. Most of us have made those rear fog lights. You will need to read this thread completely, it is the one I used and has everything you need fully documented.

awesome thnak you.. I have aftermarket rear tailight assembley with bulbs in them in tailgate ... but i gonna read your thread you posted

I have uro transfer coolant pipe brand new never used still in the box didnt need it as my seals and valley pan were replaced
