P0011 and P0021 Codes after transmission work..

Hey ppl,

I am getting P0011 (Intake Cam Position Timing Over Advanced - Bank 1) and P0021 (Intake Cam Position Timing Over Advanced - Bank 2) codes after doing some transmission work and the car runs like crap and gives me several misfire codes on Bank 1 as well.

What I am suspecting is I may have broken the timing when I was installing the TC bolts. After inserting the bolts and rotating the crank, the person who was doing the turning told me the crank was not turning and he forced it (a lot). Apparently the TC bolts were not in fully which was causing the issue. After I tightened them all the specs the crank was turning fine but now the car runs like crap and those codes.

Is it possible to 'advance' timing accidentally while trying to turn the crank when it is stuck?

I have checked everything else so far including the chain and the guides all look ok..

Thanks,

Ozzie
