Thanks! There is a minor problem with it I just realized. You need to add air occasionally or a one way vent. I'll look into how to add a vent. I think you could use the little vents used for making beer. Use some oil for the trap and air can go in and out as needed for pressure relief but the oil won't evaporate. You can make the vent trap out of some clear hose in an "S"shape sideways.
