2005 4.4i required tools for intermediate levers

Have the valve stem seals ever been replaced? If not, I'd advise to take this opportunity to replace them since you'll have done 80% of the tasks and just be one step away to reaching them.

And it only adds about $80 to the overall cost of the project while you're already in there.

I think i am going to replace the VSS and do the timing chain guides etc while im at it. I guess new water pump maybe a good idea too. I believe the alternator bracket is leaking too but i am not sure i want to wrestle with that.
Do I need to just replace guides or chains and guides? I would like to get a kit that includes everything. I will def rent the tools here.
