Saw this last week and noticed the changes in the ad also. This isn't far from me, thought about going to check it out but saw the timing code and that kinda shied me away. my 06 4.4 needs the valve seals repair. Buying this would be cheaper lol.

Apologies if this is a quick search, with the pre-facelift can I just swap out the headlights..?

No, headlight swap requires fenders, bumper and maybe the hood. the first two I'm 100% sure of.

Thank you. That's was I suspected but wasn't certain, lol still might be cheaper than the repair

Timing code is likely the chain guides or vanos or both. Same thing happened to my 540i/6 but I was able to limp it home.
