E70 X5M Brembo's fit on the E53 front hubs without modification. You just need the E70 bolts and brake pad warning sensor. The E53 brake hose fits without issue.
It will only require 20 inch wheels and 15-20mm spacers. Check out my thread to see some pictures, around page 8-11.
